Light Machining

To complement our large machine shop we have also invested in medium size machines which enable versatility within our manufacturing department. 

• CNC Turning
• We have capacity for CNC turning from 50mm diameter to 370mm diameter over the slideway.  The maximum length we can handle is 3000mm
• CNC Machining
• We can handle components from small sizes that fit within a 1 metre cube to larger components. 

Within our light machining we can handle both bespoke production and batch production alike. We have invested in innovative clamping and handling techniques such as magnetic clamping, to ensure that set up times are kept to a minimum and machine times are optimised.
