Within our UK-based manufacturing site, we make use of advanced CNC machining, precise welding techniques and high-integrity quality assurance to ensure every component is produced to specification. Our batch machining systems include 2, 3 and 4 axis CNC machines, as well as heavy capacity machinery, enabling us to fabricate heavy engineered products with repeatable accuracy.
By investing in planning, jigs, fixtures and efficient sequencing during fabrication, we reduce distortion, improve production speed and control cost throughout the batch production process. This means better lead times and uniform quality.
Bespoke Fabrication: Tailored and Complex Solutions
