How long will you keep my information?
Any information we collect is stored securely until such time it is no longer required.
Records will be kept for a minimum of 7 years unless there is a legal or contractual reason to keep it for a longer period than this i.e. employment records, life time records. We may not be able to delete your data before this time due to legal, accountancy and contractual obligations.
The right of access
You can ask to have access, rectify or delete personal information that we hold. Deleting personal information may only be possible where there is no legal or contractual requirement for the company to keep the record(s).
We may refuse to provide information, where in doing so may reveal personal information about another person or would otherwise negatively impact another person’s rights.
