In addition to multiple seats of Solid Edge and AutoCad, Oldham Engineering has recently invested in the latest Delcam CAD/CAM software to help further support their off-line machine tool programming initiative.

The Powershape (CAD) and Powermill (CAM) Delcam modules of the software have helped Oldham optimise their machine tool cycle times, which ultimately enhances their customer service levels for subcontracted complex machined components.

“Following the development of the post processors, specifically for our new Soraluce Machine tool, the Delcam software is a great asset to us”, says Ken Wood, CAD/CAM engineer for Oldham.
